What does Meta Tags mean

The meta tags are information inserted between the "opening" and "closing" HEAD tags.

This information is the way to tell search engines everything about your page, and they can indexing and crawling your website on good position.

    Is it necessary for meta tag to be with in the head section or we can put it any where?

    Yes, the HTML Meta tag have to be including between the opening and the closing HEAD tags.

The backlinks are DoFollow only if you comment with Name/URL field. The comment body links are NoFollow. Please place your name in the name field, and URL in the URL filed and comment; it will become a DoFollow backlink to your URL.
